Summary: This is a lovely and smartly decorated home. It is part of a “trio” of homes and sits within the very nice golfing community of Sonoma Ranch. We had the first unit, and it also had a covered back porch looking out over the golf course. Nice. We have lived in Las Cruces, love it, and are very familiar with the entire area. The town is not very big so almost any home in Las Cruces proper is close to everything. This home was thoughtfully designed including artwork, lamps, a clever desk in one bedroom, a fun bright yellow contemporary chair in another, velvet hangers, colorful throw blankets, a notepad by your bed, and a massive full-length mirror in the master! Every place needs that, or at least a wall mirror in each bedroom. Someone can be getting ready in the bedroom if there is a mirror, and the bathroom is occupied. Also, as soon as you walk into the open kitchen you see a huge colorful chalkboard full of “Highlights of Las Cruces”. Places to eat, play, or have an adventure. Very clever and whimsical. Most importantly the HOST, Luciano was amazing! We needed a place at the last minute and were already in Las Cruces. Many other homes “looked available” online, but the owners would contact us and say they were not! Luciano was in touch almost immediately when we inquired. We felt like the Lord was just saving this place for us! He made it very easy for us stay in his casita. He kindly answered any questions too. He was a joy to work with.
