Summary: We booked one place and was sent to another. None of the listed pics match the property we were sent too. Not Indian wells. Property was ran down, tiles off master shower. Another family showed up to property to check in and my family was there and then they rechecked their VBRO email and they were being sent to a different address than booked. Just like us. The host did not return any emails except for when I had to contact VBRO for assistance. The host has poor communication skills. We did mange to have a pleasant time, however feel as is we over paid for what we got. Not sure about the amount of the cleaning fees as we had to wash and dry all towels prior to check out and strip all bedding and place next to washer. Will definitely not work with this host again. Was supposed to be at Indian Wells and was on Dickens Circle.
