The property is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah and is only a few blocks from some of the best restaurants & antique shops around. It's also the perfect spot for weary travelers looking for a place to rest for a night or two as the town of Checotah is nestled between Highway 69 and Interstate-40. Guests are sure to love having all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated duplex. Convenience, comfort, and charm...what more can you ask for?
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside the Cabin: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 4 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
