A long sandy beach Playa del Arenal with a beautiful promenade, numerous shops, restaurants and cozy bars are just a few minutes. The stunning beaches of Cala Granadella cove Ambolo de Javea, Cala Portichol are also within a few minutes. Some restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity of the house. Equipped for easy entry with a Roman staircase, private pool has adjacent to a spacious sun terrace, where garden furniture sun loungers and umbrellas invite a size of 10 x 5 meters, to relax. Also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are available. The villa has a cozy living room with TV (cable TV), two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in typical furnished for Balcon al mar style. Ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine complete the offer. Through the dining room you enter the outdoor pool with terrace and outdoor Well. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens, air conditioning and shutters.
