This condo has tile in all the living areas and bathrooms and new floors in the 2 bedrooms. The open plan living area is just what you'll need for your family vacation or weekend getaway. The large kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms and is just steps from the large corner balcony. The Gulf Front living room has a roomy sectional sofa and large rocker for all you seating needs. And don't forget about the large 50 inch flat screen smart television, Blue Ray DVD player and surround sound in the living room. Great for your favorite movie or that special game! The Gulf Front master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a new 37" flat screen television and DVD player. The master bath is huge with a walk-in closet and even a window! Plus there is a rollaway bed stored in the closet for extra sleeping capacity.
