Sol Happy is a 2 story Malibu Chic home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf View Heights, close to the beaches of 30a. This home has such fun features as a large back yard with a good sized private pool (which can be heated), a carriage house for additional guests, grill for family BBQ's and more! We are close to all of the best attractions and it doesn’t get better than Sol Happy! Explore our local shops, restaurants and of course the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast! You and your family will love coming here year after year to make memories of a lifetime!

Main Living Area: Walk right in and begin enjoying this spacious home. You will notice such luxuries as real hardwood floors, large windows for ample natural light, granite counters and stainless state of the art appliances. This home also features generous storage for all bags and personal items as well as a smart design for large families looking to enjoy time together or apart. The main living area features an open and inviting floorplan where the main sitting area, dining room and kitchen all flow into one another effortlessly. You can gather around the large smart TV and sink comfortably into our cloudlike sectional or enjoy a family dinner around the dinner table. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary gadgets and appliances as well as serving ware in order to prepare a beautiful meal.
Rest: The King master suite can be found on the second floor and is complete with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub and a large walk in closet. It also features a private balcony overlooking the pool. The Queen Master suite is on the 1st floor and has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom features a charming day bed (sleeps 1) which functions as a lovely space to relax and chat and drink tea with friends or as a comfortable bedroom for additional guests. The second guest bedroom is a queen bed with private bathroom and ample closet space. In the bunk room you will find two twin over twin bunks underneath. The kiddos will also enjoy a private bathroom, a large closet and the best part - games! All bedrooms feature flat-screen TV's for your entertainment. Our home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and many more lovely features.
Carriage House: The open floorplan carriage house features a king bed, comfortable seating area as well as a complete kitchen, 2 bar stools and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. Our carriage house also has ample closet space and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Play: Step out onto the enchanting back porch from the main living area and enjoy al fresca dining or walk down to the private pool right from the deck with privacy fence! Secluded yet easy to access, this home is the best of both worlds!
Please note, in addition to nightly rate, there is $670 Departure Clean, $130 Damage Waiver Fee, $79 Administrative Fee, Trash fee $30 and a $45 golf cart fee. In the event the golf cart is being serviced, out for repair, and not available for guest to use, the guest will receive a $25 credit per day. Beyond Blue Vacations cannot provide a replacement golf cart.
Pool Heated is $55 per day. There is a $500 refundable Damage Deposit for the Golf Cart.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund for reservation cancellations within 60 days of arrival date, unless Traveler’s Insurance has been procured, which is encouraged.
