Summary: My older brother and I visited for a few days from Michigan. We were all n Building 1, second floor. It is just a lovely, clean condo, with a very open feel to the kitchen, dining and living areas. Bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable beds. The main bathroom has a beautiful tile, stand-up shower. The carpet throughout is very clean and looks brand new. We would definitely go back again. The only negative comments I would offer is that the kitchen could be better equipped. Very limited as far as dishes. We wanted some small fruit-size bowls. Also, the only bakeware was a cookie sheet and no serving bowls. There was salt, pepper, garlic salt and coffee, but no other cooking basics, such as olive oil, vinegar and a few spices. The dinner plates are too large for the microwave and won’t turn on the carousel. Another suggestion, some complexes offer carts/wagons for renters to haul their luggage, etc. to their unit, which is so helpful. We are 71 and 81, so by the time we made several trips, to the condo, which was quite a distance from the parking lot, and had to go up and down the stairs many times, we were exhausted. The condo welcomed my little dog; however, certain places within the grounds, people have let their dogs poop and have not picked up after them, specifically on the gray gravel on the west side of the courtyard, right outside the pool. There is a tiny spot for dogs to do their business right behind the mailboxes. There are doggie bags and a receptacle placed there but the area is just covered in poop. I will never understand how dog owners can be so thoughtless and irresponsible, especially when the bags are right in front of them!
