Situated on a sunlit corner lot, the house offers immediate access to trails within the neighborhood. This two-story residence features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, the living room entrance, and the west-facing windows.
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a walk-out to the back patio. The primary bathroom is a luxurious five-piece suite, complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks.
All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided, and the bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.
The house is enhanced with numerous "smart" features designed to provide added convenience and security during your stay. These features include:

- A Roku Streaming TV in the living room along with Amazon Firestick TVs in the primary, second, and third bedrooms, allowing access to your favorite streaming services (there are pre-installed apps for local and national news, weather, and current events).
