This unique one story two bedroom, 2 bath cottage (duplex) is designer decorated and offers over 1,400 square feet of living space and a wrap-around deck plus outside shower.
You’ll enjoy a comfortable living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large glassed in back porch with amenities.
In addition to the main living areas there are two bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. Adjacent to the main living areas you’ll find another full bath and bedroom. Other features include 10 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Summary: As a family, we have visited Martinique since 2002. We have stayed in different homes throughout Martinique on the Gulf. We appreciated so many things about staying here: great communication with the owner and her caring hospitality, going above and beyond in stocking the cottage with items we did not have to pack, and the lovely decorating! There were pops of color that added a beach feel to a very well maintained cottage-oranges, pinks and greens all tied up in a bow with an oh so cute turquoise golf cart! Comfortable, fun, pristine clean and a wonderful location! We will return!
