Relax and enjoy the white sand beach just steps from your home! Little Hickory Island is a quiet and special spot! Fishing, Boating, beach walks and all watersports are just outside your door. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, stroll the white sand beach and slow down time in this perfect vacation home. Casa Bonita 105 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that boasts panoramic beach and ocean views from almost every room. They are incredible! This unit is also on the 1st floor. If you like cooking, you'll love the kitchen. It has a dark wooden cabinet, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island, and a breakfast bar that has 2 stools. Just off the kitchen is the dining area, which has a glass table and four chairs. After a long day out at the beach, there's no better place to sit back and relax than in the living room, which has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to the covered patio area. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Casa Bonita II is located with walking distance to trolley public transportation and Big Hickory Marina and Grille. It's less than 30 minutes to RSW airport and only about a 15-20 minute drive to shopping and dining at Coconut Point Mall in Bonita Springs.
