Within walking to famous St. Armand's Circle which has restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. Kayak, jet ski, paddle board, boat trips, dining cruise and boat rental is available on the Key and locally. This 1 BR, 1 BA it is fully equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer with filtered ice, microwave, blender, full oven and grill. Please use the noodles, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, kids beach toys to enjoy the beach and Gulf. It is our home from home and we have a Super King-size memory foam mattress with quality bed linen a sofa sleeper again with quality bed linen and a new queen mattress, in total sleeps a maximum of 4. Two TV's with lounge TV being 55 inch and HD complete with cable and wireless internet. Heated pool surrounded by a brick-paver deck, lanai, washrooms, umbrella tables, lounge chairs and gas grills. Laundry facilities on site.
