Air conditioning: There's a total of 4 portable stand-alone units at the house. There’s one in the living-room, one in the King bedroom upstairs, and one in each Queen bedroom upstairs. There’s no AC unit in the Twin bunk bedroom. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
