This is a new home on a large multi acre gated lot that will give you all you the amenities needed plus a comfortable and enjoyable country life experience with all the privacy you expect. Great location for an escape from the city. Can bring your boat, horses or UTV vehicles and explore the quiet community. Great trail rodding all around no trailer needed. Horses are kept on property making it a unique experience. Lots of chicken and other animals from neighbors. Space for your horses in our corals with covered area, automatic water fountains and hay ring. Daily feeding can be added. Great safe place to ride with many trails and small local stores to visit to get drinks or food while riding as well as a large lake if your horses like water. For boaters bring your flat boat for bass fishing. We have a large covered roof for your boat and a long hose to rinse it off. Several public ramps near by with direct access to famous Lake Okeechobee. Want to explore, there are several tours daily from nearby factories that give you an inside look at the sugar industry that Clewiston is so famously known for.
