At less than a mile walk to the Crabtree Creek Greenway, you are connected to a trail system over 100 miles long! Cool down on the sectional sofa in front of the 50" Roku flat screen tv in the AC or grill out in the fenced-in back yard and eat on the back deck. Enjoy the fully-stocked coffee bar in the morning before working at the desk in the main bedroom.

1. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties or events. If there is a party or if there is more than the maximum of 6 guests on the property (additional guests must be approved), you will be asked to leave with no refund.
2. Minimum age of 25 for guest booking the reservation, and the booking guest must be staying at the property.
3. Smoking of any kind or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if this rule is broken.
4. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed without approval from Hosts. Guests are responsible for damage caused by pets.
5. Please take off your shoes and use the provided shoe racks to store them.
