This cute and comfortable beach cottage is in the perfect location and is within a very short walking distance of one of Saint Simons Island's best beaches. Recently updated, Sea Side Cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with a double vanity).

THE SPACE
Primary Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV.
Second Bedroom: Twin Bed and Trundle Bed.
From the beach, walk in through a large, private deck area with seating for 4. Through the large glass doors off of the deck, walk into a large living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for 5. Off the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating for two and a dining room with seating for 4.
Why Stay on East Beach:
The stretch of beach along the ocean side of St. Simons Island is known as East Beach. A quant neighborhood of single-family homes begins at the access point of the U.S. Coast Guard Station at the northern tip and ends at the southern point of Gould's Inlet by access of Bruce Drive, which runs down the center of East Beach. The Coast Guard Station houses the present home to the World War II Home Front Museum.
