Welcome to our charming and cozy retreat, the perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers. Nestled in a serene location, our one-bedroom, two-bathroom haven offers a comfortable King bed and a Jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation.
The inviting space features a gas fireplace, providing a warm and welcoming ambiance (please refrain from turning off the pilot light). Unwind on the covered deck, surrounded by nature, and enjoy the outdoor seating for a peaceful morning coffee.
In our well-appointed kitchen, you'll have all the tools you need to whip up delightful meals, including a full fridge, stovetop, oven, and coffee maker. Wake up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and savor it on the deck to start your day on the right note.
The drive leading up to the cabin is currently unpaved. However, you will have access to free parking at the property and the front door of the cabin is located on the second level.
We don't live in the area but our team will always be there to help you out with anything that you will be needing during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time as our team is available 24/7 around the clock to cater your requests.
This cabin is located adjacent to over 100,000 acres of national forest land and the neighborhood is really safe.

The cabin is located approximately 7 to 8 miles from downtown Blairsville.
Please be advised that although our property does have listed towels and toiletries as an amenity, we provide enough for a 3-day trip out of courtesy, beyond that we do not provide extras.
Instruction on how to use the Hot tub:
Please keep the water temperature at 102F if you do not need to use the hot tub and when you decide to use it, you can adjust the temperature using the blue and red button. Thank you!
- Please don’t put/add any bubbles or oil into the tubs.
- The oven is currently out of order and we have already ordered
House Rules:
- No parties or events allowed – defined as having more than double the number of registered guests in the cottage at any given time.
- No smoking allowed anywhere on the property premise.
- No unregistered guests allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
- No open fire of any kind indoors- lighters, candles, matches etc.
- No glitter or confetti.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises at any time.
- Please keep the windows and doors closed at all times.
- Please keep A/C the temperature set between 65 to 84 degrees.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Any issues with the Unit shall be immediately reported to the Manager. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
- Pets: Only 2 pets under 50 lbs are allowed per reservation.
Bathroom:
- Please don't flush anything but toilet paper.
- Please use makeup removing towels instead of white wash clothes to remove makeup.
Kitchen and Dining:
- Please don’t leave cooking food unattended.
- Please use a cutting board instead of cutting items directly on the counter or dining table.
- Please use a heat pad when placing hot items on the counter top or the dining table.
- Trash: The garbage bins are located outside of the cabin.
- Parking: Please park in front of the cabin you're staying in.
When Leaving the House:
- Please turn off the stove and oven when you go out.
- Always lock the door, at all times, upon entrance and exit.
**All violations will result in a $500 fine**
