This home is centrally located in one of the most tourist sought after places in PR, Cabo Rojo. This home is situated in a great neighborhood with carefully manicured homes and lawns. It is 10 min to major shopping with Walmart, Marshall’s, home depot, etc. just a short distabce. Walgreens is a 3 min drive. Restaurants line the drive which overlook the blue ocean. The best beaches (Boqueron, Combate, La Parguera) are all a very short distance from the property.

Summary: Besides being a beautiful home and perfect location, literally a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beach. The home is also located close to stores and easy to get to. The owners both were amazing Blanca gave so many great recommendations and suggestions and answered questions promptly
