So Breizh Villa is a neo Breton house of around 140m² offering a rare level of services ... The environment is perfectly calm, the house is located in a private dead end! You can take the pedestrian path that will take you 400 meters further ... to the large Landrézac beach (10 minutes on foot) !!!
Do you hear the sound of the waves in the distance? It is possible according to the tidal coefficients !!!
The house was completely renovated in 2016, which allows to benefit from a very beautiful surface.
All the spaces have been designed both aesthetically and functionally. The lighting and the various atmospheres will allow you to travel a little, from one room to another, on the theme of the holidays and more particularly on the marine theme ...
The 2 floors have been thought and designed so that they can operate independently, which can be appreciated for large groups who may need to divide up if the rhythms of life are different.
On the ground floor, you will have 70m² with 2 closed bedrooms.
Since January 2018, the large bedroom with the double bed has a home theater with excellent quality video projector and sound bar!
The kitchen / dining room is fully equipped and functional. You will have a large table to accommodate 12 people (maximum).
The living room also allows everyone to find their place comfortably.
On the ground floor, the light is through all day. Just leave the doors open and enjoy the sun from morning to night.
The first floor includes a large living room (open mezzanine / bedroom n ° 3) equipped with a small kitchen serving as a "bar corner" with all the necessary equipment and 2 closed bedrooms.
Each level has its separate toilet and its bathroom or shower room.
You will also enjoy a small living room with TV (DTT channels and the possibility of connecting your game console via scart or HDMI, a DVD player) and finally a bedroom area with 2 sleeping places in Mezzanine bed (+2 sleeping places not listed but possible in BZ). You can use the Bluetooth column speaker to broadcast your audio content.
The room is large, it measures 25m², it is a living room as shown in the photos.
Room n ° 4 was designed for children, but disregarding the decoration, it can also be suitable for adults. It has a double loft bed, a single loft bed and 3 single beds on the floor, making 6 beds possible! The advantage of mezzanine beds is to leave the floor space free for games!
Finally, the 5th bedroom of around 15m² contains a double bed and is also used as a cinema room! It is equipped with a high-quality video projector (BENQ) and a BOSE amplifier! You can watch NETFLIX and CANAL + for free thanks to the XBOX ONE available and also from your smartphone / tablet connected to the Chromecast 2. The image quality and the sound quality are breathtaking! The setback of around 6 meters allows you to get the most out of this installation from the 4 seats.
The upstairs is extremely bright with large roof windows including blackout blinds for the night in each room.
We have made travelers feel at home with very different atmospheres and themes in each room, remembering that we are by the sea ... The house is truly cozy and warm, summer and winter.
The outside is also fitted out with many benefits: barbecues, parasols, chaise lounges, table tennis table, trampoline, swings, special children's garden furniture, outdoor shower for beach returns, relaxation benches etc ... (facilities available depending on the season).
We welcomed with great enthusiasm the installation of a wood stove for the cooler days! You will be offered some logs to start your stay if you choose this option and we will suggest you buy others if you wish to continue with this level of comfort (within the limit of our stock made in early autumn) !
Each level has its own 200L hot water tank, i.e. 400L useful so as not to miss.
Over the heated period, between October 1 and April 30, we will collect a meter reading, the costs related to the use of energy (except gas) being borne by travelers (around 0.13 € from kwh in off-peak hours between 10:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. and € 0.16 in peak hours).
In summary, the house is perfectly equipped for an unforgettable stay.
You will have FREE and UNLIMITED high speed WiFi access in all rooms of the house !!! The installation is made by a professional 2isr company in accordance with the law, no disappointment with the use (assistance can be reached during the day if necessary). The source connection will be provided by the Delta S freebox combining ADSL + 4G from November 2019.
Depending on your needs or your desires, you can also use the printer GRANUALLY available with ink cartridges and paper provided (the usb cable and installation drivers are also provided). It is a new CANON printer which performs the functions of printing, scanning and photocopying.
We will give you the best welcome with a smile first, then treats and refreshments. You will be welcomed by our parents, Carmen and Gilles, who are just as attentive to your comfort.
You will have the whole house with its parking next to the garage that can accommodate 3 large vehicles!
We offer additional paid options: bed linen, bath linen, end of stay cleaning, firewood.
The maintenance of the house, during the stay and at the end of the stay, is the responsibility of the travelers. All the necessary will be made available (vacuum cleaners, necessary for cleaning floors and sanitary, detergents etc.) on each floor for your comfort. The house must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when entering the premises (except end of stay cleaning retained, the house must still be returned in a correct state of course).
A security deposit of € 800 will be requested upon arrival and a rental contract will be established after confirmation of the reservation.
