LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!! No Drive Beach so you don't have to worry about the kiddy's. Right in the middle of all Daytona has to offer! We are called the Grand suite because we have the biggest space in the building. Other listings have listed studios as one bedrooms. Mermaids Cove has a true separate Private bedroom with two queens.
Our mission is to make you vacation great. We will work for your excellent review. We are locally licensed and pay tax including tourist tax. If you need anything I can be reached by phone text or email. I will answer as soon possible. After 7:00 pm please call me on the phone. I dont want to miss your call. Some times I will be in the area. Most times I have some one close enough for emergency's.
IMPORTANT:
Or building is under going a 6 million dollar concrete restoration. My unit is not directly effected at this time. Our building is from the late 50's and the salt air takes its toll on everything.
Our building had a new roof installed and the basement has been rebuilt. The basement is located below me and under the first floor. The North stairwell had been torn down and replaced. Now we will be tearing down the east walkway and balcony to replace it. I am on the east side so I will be effected.
You may experience some minor inconveniences such as walking around construction areas and equipment. There may be construction noise outside while this work is being done.
The south side has had new walkways and new balcony doors installed. The north side condos are finished except for the roof. We are still recovering from Hurricane Matthew it took a lot longer than expected to receive our insurance claim.
Our prices reflect the inconvenience of the on going construction.
We are an ocean front hotel turned into privately owned condos. All the condos on property are privately owned. This is our vacation beach home. We have remodel pretty much everything. Last year we replaced walls, floors, ceiling, window sills and air-condition in the bedroom spa suite. The private bathroom has been updated. We added extra storage under the two queen size beds this year

Comfortably sleeps six. Kozy one bedroom with two queens. Full size kitchen with dishwasher side by side fridge freezer ice and water in the door. There is an icemaker on the first floor if you need it. Fully stocked with dishes pots and pans toaster crockpot blender juicer exct. Wake up to ocean view sunrises from your kings size adjustable bed .
10 foot deep pool and 1' 9" ft. Kiddie pool. Spacious private balcony. Common out door lounging areas. Guest parking is ONE space first come first serve. Coin laundry facilities on site second floor.
No front desk or maid service. Closet is off limits for owners supplies. Ample drawer space and extra drawers under king size bed and both queens.
Watch fireworks over the ocean from your balcony Saturday during the summer and special events. There are free bands playing on the boardwalk during the summer months Play in the ocean, feel the sand between your toes right down stairs. You have Daytona 500, Bike week, Spring break, The Peabody auditorium, The Ocean Center, Daytona Lagoon, The Pier, Famous Joes Crab Shack, Shopping, Dinning and So much more!!! away.
If you're planning on visiting the Magic Kingdom area we're about 1.5 hours away & beautiful Historic St Augustine just 1 hour from our location
Main Street is just two blocks away. You are on the corner of International Speedway Blvd. You are on a bus route. You can use uber or a taxi. You have parking first come first serve. A block away you can rent bicycle's, golf carts, mopeds, segway and surf boards. Remember you are walking distance from a lot of local events and attractions.
