Very desirable location! Perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Space for four guests, but five will be considered. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable furniture for relaxing, and a large yard for summer fun, a cook out, and sunbathing. Town beach pass available for guest use. Walk to historic downtown. Five minute drive to the beach.
Saybrook Point and historic Fenwick also only five minutes away. Home is nestled on a quiet, private road. Enjoy morning coffee watching the sunrise from the eat in kitchen. Lots of windows and natural lighting. Home has updated flooring, updated bathroom, is newly painted and has comfortable bedding. Living room is perfect for movie and game night, and ideal for socializing and gathering with family and friends. Space is clean and cozy. The two adjacent windows in the office make for a scenic view while working. Cards, books, toys and board games provided for guest use. Nicely equipped kitchen.
