Welcome to "Destination Sunset" - this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath PRIVATE home sleeps 6 and is dog friendly, allowing 1 dog - 25 lbs or less. This home is located on the east end of Panama City Beach near Diego's and is a short 5 min drive to the beach. This house is new to rental and has been totally upgraded with new paint, new fencing & landscaping & all new furnishings inside the home. The 2-story home offers a living room with queen sofa sleeper, 55 inch ROKU w/ cable tv & dining table that sits 6 and fully stocked kitchen, making meal pre a breeze. The main level offers a half bath and laundry area with a full-size washer n dryer. Step outside the back door to a fully fenced in back yard with fire pit area and seating around it for 6. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, both offering queen beds, both with 32-inch ROKU tv's for streaming and a full bath in the hallway that offers a tub/shower combo. The back porch also offers a gas grill for guests use.
THINGS TO NOTE:
We provide a STARTER PACK only of amenities, just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay.
Rental Agreement MUST be completed & Copy of driver's license MUST be sent to secure reservation; we will not send check in info till both are sent to management.
RENTER MUST BE 25 @ TIME OF BOOKING & MUST be present during the entire stay, we also do NOT allow 3rd party bookings.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We DO NOT allow extra guests - including children under 2 years of age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NO SMOKING - IF any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.
Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Check in time is 4 PM: we DO NOT allow early check in during prime season. Guests are NOT allowed on property until 4pm OR until they receive the door code from our office, whichever comes first.
Renter agrees to report issues with the unit to management within 2 hours of check in – regarding cleaning or issues & not wait to report during the review process, with exception to emergency maintenance calls.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
Please Note: Towels & Linens are provided for you and your guests, IF you stain or damage the linens or towels, you agree to pay for each piece stained to be replaced.
RING CAMERA NOTICE: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do NOT tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
This house is DOG FRIENDLY – 1 dog ONLY: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE, will be requested after booking, once you register the dog on the reservation. Your pet is NOT allowed on furniture or beds and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur OR extra cleaning is required by housekeeping.
