Private bedroom with direct ocean view. You'll feel right at home in our 3rd floor Condo, unlike in a hotel room. You will enjoy perfect beach and direct ocean views from north to south. Recent balconies, windows and sliding doors in the building. We recently renovated the entire interior. You will be within beach walking distance to civic center, restaurants, movies, main street fishing pier, band shell, shopping, water park, boardwalk amusements and the sun splash city park is right next door. New lifeguard complex next door for your added safety.
We feature one of the largest heated pools on the Daytona Beach ocean front plus a relaxing hot tub affords you a perfect view of everything from the beach goers to the surf. You will be delighted ! ! ! Daytona beach offers a multitude of activities. Fly through the sky in a para sail or just watch others from your balcony. Enjoy Saturday night fireworks from your balcony during the summer months and of course new years. Great views of rocket launches also from your balcony if you happen to be here when one is scheduled at the cape.
Orlando theme parks are only about an hour away. Kennedy space center and Saint Augustine are close by. For race fans, Daytona international speedway is only five miles from our condominium. Perfect location for bikers as well.
