For new reservations ( dated from Sept 2020 ) - we have adjusted our cancellation policy to the most flexible option offered by the site AND WILL CONTINUE TO OFFER THAT.
If you cancel 14 days prior to arrival you get 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days prior to arrival you get 50% refund.
For groups who can travel, we are providing a safe and private space for families who wish to take a break thru this difficult time from the restrictions in their home state/country, or perhaps taking a vacation that was cancelled earlier in the year.
All our homes have a private pool, fully screened, just for you to enjoy - no contact with other groups - plus the homes are spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” and can utilize the high speed wifi.
Grocery stores provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants.
We hope you feel comfortable in using our space to relax and get much needed vacation time/work from home/online school.

Lovely four bedroom, three bath home situated in the quiet neighborhood of Doral Woods in Kissimmee, Florida. Ideal for Disney and all Orlando attractions, Doral Woods is a small development of single-family homes adjacent to the Reedy Creek nature reserve.
Our home is on a large lot with a private 15 x 30 ft, fully screened pool that is heated year round. Relax on the loungers or eat by the pool on the covered lanai. You will feel right at home with the open, 2000 sq foot floor plan – plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The home has a living room and family room, 2 DVD players and 6 flat screen TV’s. The family room has an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD player, and PS3 with games and two controllers. The living room boasts a 55” LG SMART TV with spectrum programming and streaming capacity, as well as DVD player and VCR. Enjoy our wide selection movies for all age groups or listen to your favorite music with our Sonos wireless speaker. There are two master suites, cable TV in all bedrooms, and a Jacuzzi jetted tub in the king master. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds; one is done out as a princess room with a Frozen theme. The family room, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and the dining room all have access to the pool. The third bathroom also has a door that opens directly to the pool deck for a quick “trip” then back in the pool; so convenient, especially for the little ones!
Guest services: Maintained by professional management company. Free long distance calling in the US and Canada, and free high-speed wireless internet access. Other amenities include: private pool, garage, alarm system, central air conditioning and heat, ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus living and family rooms. Also, games, puzzles and books for adults and children, pack & play crib, highchair, and small stroller. A baby safe pool fence is available for safety but can be easily removed if no young children are in your party.
