Davenport's Charmer truly lives up to its name - this darling, ground-floor home is located less than 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and features incredible amenities that make it stand out from the rest. Spend lazy evenings swimming in your screened pool or relaxing in the spill-over pool spa attached to it. The screened pool area also offers an outdoor dining table with an umbrella for alfresco dining.
Upon entering this air-conditioned retreat, guests will find a welcoming living room with sparkling tiled floors, comfortable sofas, and a large wall-mounted TV with cable. Keep on going, and the dining area will show up before your eyes. The dining table is made out of pristine marble and provides generous seating. The gorgeous and light-filled kitchen is every chef's dream: sparkling countertops, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and an island with seating.
There are two main bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and a TV. Additional amenities include a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Summary: After looking at the past reviews before booking this home nothing really stood out that was too disturbing besides a comment back in November in regards to the netting being ripped over the pool and it being dirty but there was a reply that the owners would get right on the issue. THEY DID NOT 😕 the pool and pool area were filthy. Definitely looks nothing like the pictures. There is no Spa, just a smaller pool attached to the bigger one. You would think a spa would have working jets which this home does not. As well there are no pool light so you are unable to swim after dark. The home itself is beautifully updated but the cockroaches are an issue. We found most of them in the cupboards with the dishes and a few in the bathrooms. There were also little brownish/black bugs on the counters that you would see scatter when you went in the kitchen. We kept EVERYTHING in the fridge. Besides the first lady I spoke with to obtain the proper code to access the house (since the emailed one was incorrect) You might as well speak to a brick wall. It was so frustrating. Needless to say my family and I made the best of our 9 days but will not be renting here again. To the owners of this beautiful sunny Florida home….. you should really take pride in the home that you have and fix the few issues. This home could be a wonderful rental property.
