Positive: Lovely view and nice apartment, equipped with all the things necessary for a long stay. The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, flat tv in all bedrooms and the living room, air conditioning in the living room and the hall way. The kitchen had a fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave. It even had an utility room with everything needed to wash and iron clothes. Roberta, the hoast was great at communicating and resolving any issues, very polite and she even left on the table for us a bottle of local wine and sweets. There's parking on the street just next to the property. There is 15-20 minutes drive to the closest beach wich is lovely . You definitely need a car to go around and visit other places. The beaches are lovely and the water is so clear that you can see the fish even when you are more than 2m deep without dipinig your head in the water.
Negative: The beds were a bit uncomfortable, quite basic ; the noise from the road when you opened the window was quite annoying but if you keep them shut there's no noise at all as the windows are good at soundproofing. I also would preferred to have had the AC in the main room ruther than the hallway so I could close the room door for privacy. Please be aware that there is quite the drive from the port of Olbia to Baunei, but once you're here there's plenty of beautiful beaches on this side of the mountains to visit.
