Enjoy all that Hendersonville NC has to offer at this spacious sunny duplex with a vintage vibe in the historic downtown just a 5 minute walk from Main Street with it's great variety of restaurants, shops and breweries. With new queen beds, a large living room with a sectional sofa and additional seating, and a eat-in full kitchen, you will find everything you need for a great stay. There is sun drenched deck in the front with overhead shades, perfect for morning coffee.
On the side there is a fenced-in yard for your pup, with a patio table and chair and a picnic table.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles is in the back with an entrance off the private road behind the home. The rear kitchen entrance is 3 steps up. Code entry door locks ensure you'll never have to worry about keys and ensure an easy self check-in. We will msg you the code the day before arrival.
Other amenities include central gas heat and air conditioning, a free private full laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and WiFI.
The duplex's are separated by a sound-proof wall, but the adjoining 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex is available and can be joined through a double door for larger gatherings.
