New windows, front door, attic insulation and sound proofing for a quiet comfortable nights sleep. One block from Joeys Pizza and Doreen's Cup a Joe
Centrally located with free onsite parking. Walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, hotels, and a movie theater. A beautiful well maintained property with a pool, heated to 83 degrees, and barbecue area for grilling.
