Come and relax at our spacious three-bed three-bath fully equipped condo with a spectacular view of the ocean and no-drive beach. This end unit is virtually separated from the condo complex, private and quiet. Our condo has stone floors and granite countertops throughout and is decorated with art and ceramics collected by the owners during their 20 years of ownership at Ebb Tide.
Our wrap-around porch, out through the sliders from the living area and master bedroom, is a great place to unwind, whether it be with the sunrise on a cushioned double lounge chair or at one of our tables for breakfast or happy hour. A grassy “front yard” area borders our porch, a great benefit of being on the ground floor.
Our open-concept living area has plenty of seating options with an L-shaped sectional couch and large leather ottoman, leather and Amish-made rocking chairs, and a leather easy chair with ottoman. The room also has a smart TV. The adjacent dining area is furnished with a table that seats 8-10 comfortably. The room has a wet bar with a wine rack and plenty of glassware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking, serving, and entertaining.
The master bedroom is ocean front and has access to the ocean-front porch through the slider doors. It has a sea grass king bed, an L-shaped wooden desk, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom area has a two-sink ornate wooden vanity and a large cedar-lined walk-in closet. Through a pocket door is a large stone-tiled walk-in shower and a separate WC through another pocket door.
The middle bedroom is large and is furnished with 3 twin beds, a large armoire, large custom closet, and TV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub-shower combination.
The front bedroom, to the left as you walk through the main condo door, is furnished with a queen sea grass bed, a comfortable stuffed chair with an ottoman, an antique armoire, and a custom closet. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in stone-tiled shower.
Just steps from the condo’s porch are Ebb Tide’s many amenities that are available to all guests. There is a heated pool with lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, a workout room, sauna, hot tub, and pickle ball court. The condo also has its own designated covered parking space.
