We are delighted to welcome Location House, a beautiful, large Victorian town house located two minutes walk from Walpole Bay Tidal Pool and the sandy beach of Cliftonville in buzzy Margate. The property is a five minute drive to Margate Train Station. Walking distance to all the great pubs and restaurants of Margate town and only a ten minute walk to the historic Old Town and the world famous Turner Contemporary Gallery.

Large through living room and snug - living room comprises 8 seater u- shape sofa, TV, coffee table. Snug comprises 3 seater sofa and armchair with coffee table.
Large kitchen-diner with all modern appliances including built in oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, grill, table and chairs for 6/10. There are double doors leading to the garden (11mx6m). Garden has 4 seater table and chairs. BBQ and small portable fire pit.
