Our beach house is situated behind the gates of exclusive Emerald Waters Village right next door to one of the two community swimming pools. A short stroll down the street side pathway (2 blocks) takes you straight to the private deeded beach access! With convenience to endless restaurants and bars, boutique and outlet shopping, golf courses, a water park, and charter fishing, the location could not be better.
Warm coastal furnishings and space galore make this luxury home perfect for vacationing families and friends. Two separate living areas, two outdoor seating areas, and an open concept floor plan offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. As a bonus, the third level living area is complete with Xbox and Wii gaming systems. Make summer memories at our luxury beach house - 238 St. Francis Drive at Emerald Waters Village. *The HOA does not allow any type of motorcycles, trailers, ATV or boats to be parked in this neighborhood. There is no street parking.
