No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. Summary: The Condo was in a very nice location if you want to be close to all the action that is near Disney . It was generally very clean ,except for the carpeting upstairs ,which basically is just old and needs to be replaced. Also the unit ,and most of the buildings in general just need to be updated. New windows, entry doors , etc. It was very quiet for the most part ,as it sits about a mile off the main highway. The kitchen had adequate supplies necessary for 4 guests. It is nice that each bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom attached. I would say for what we paid ,it was overall a good deal for a short term stay. The biggest disappointment is no fault of the owners of the condo. It is a shame that the resort has two large pools with plenty of space around them for dozens of chairs, and yet they only had chairs for about 20 people at most around each pool!! There were two very nice sunny days where we could not enjoy the pool , unless we wanted to lay our towels on the concrete deck. Such a waste of space. If you don't care about the pool, I'm sure you would be very happy with this home.
