Enjoy our home in Sun City Center during the winter month of November, December, January, February, March, and April. We have accommodations to suit 4 individuals, with two twin beds and a queen sized bed. The Rec Center includes indoor and outdoor pools, golf, full equipped gymnasium and several activities and clubs which will keep you occupied. All of this is included for your seasonal rental.
The house is located less than 40 minutes from the bustling cities of Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Located in these cities are some of the finest restaurants and beaches in the state.
This is an over 55 year community so one member of the party must be at least 55 years of age. No children are allowed to stay more that 1 week on the premises.NO pets are allowed and smoking is NOT permitted in the house. Photographs are available upon request. A $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required
