Spectacular harbor, Nantucket Sound, Coatue and town views are afforded from this exceptionally beautiful and wonderfully decorated 4+ bedroom home. Enter through the white arbor into a lovely courtyard surrounded by gardens and privet hedges. The main floor of the house features a spectacular great room with kitchen, living room with fireplace and sitting and dining areas. The elevated site of the home, which is high on Grant Avenue above Brant Point, provides the most spectacular views of the whole harbor including the jetties and mouth of the harbor where all boats and yachts come and go from the island. A wall of windows brings the outside into the home with views from every vantage point in the house. French doors lead out to the covered porch and manicured lawn where there are outdoor sitting and dining areas. The lawn is beautiful and very conducive to croquet and bocce ball tournaments!
The second floor features three beautiful en-suite bedrooms, including the beautiful and spacious master suite with king bed, fireplace, and exclusive deck overlooking the grounds towards Brant Point and the mouth of the harbor. There is also a lovely queen bedroom suite on this level as well as a twin bedroom with private bath.
Grant Ave is located in a very exclusive Cliff Road neighborhood. The beaches at Jetties and Steps Beach are just a stones throw away and access to town with fabulous restaurants and world class shopping is just minutes from the house.
