This familial apartment and building offers two spacious Suites with air conditioning. The living room has a great view where you can see the ocean, along with a dining table and sofa.
Kitchen has all silverware and cookware, the apartment is fully equipped. Bedrooms have larges spaces of closet and the master suite has a TV and split air conditioning.
We feel that you and your family will be very well accommodated and well located in the city of Salvador.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The Neighborhood:
Graça is a great neighborhood near Rio Vermelho, very well located near bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
You can quickly get to all main touristic landmarks by car and you will be staying at a nice residential and safe neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
