A modernized three-leveled chalet nestled away amongst Leesville Lake’s stunning wilderness. This cozy cabin comes with a spectacular view of the changing seasons from the comfort of either of its three porches. With one porch being an all season porch, you can be sure that you will never be robbed of Leesville’s natural beauty. This cabin features granite countertops, full kitchen, LVT and carpet flooring, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, heat and a/c, fireplace, washer and dryer, a wash basin, five flat screen TV’s with DVD players, keyless entry lock, exterior lights, 3 separate driveways, outdoor seating, an outdoor electric grill, and a fire table.
This home is located where you can be unmolested by the trivialities of the digital age. This means that you can spend more time embracing every moment with those around you without being distracted by the incessant glowing brick in your pocket. As it’s minutes away from a boat rental marina, historical sites, and walking distance to a boat ramp and a moderate difficulty woodland trail. It is also driving distance away from multiple family friendly seasonal event venues such as the Algonquin Mill Festival and the Great Trail Festival.
To promote your outdoor enjoyment while on the property, there is outdoor seating and tables provided on the porches and in the yard. In addition to the picnic table inside the house, there is also a plastic one in the front yard so you can enjoy your meal, game, night under the stars, or to soak up some sunshine. There is also a Ladder Ball set provided for an outdoor game that's perfect for competitive families. There are also fishing rod wall mounts on the first level of the house by the exit door to help keep you organized and ready to go. The entrance to the walking trail is across the street and goes down through the woods and follows the shoreline and ends at the boat ramp. Important note, the lake has a 10HP limit for boats.
For those pesky rainy days, the cabin has a selection of DVDs that are available for use on any one of the five flat screen TVs. There is also a book shelf with a range of books including religious, kids, mystery, and quick reads. Also, there are games provided that are fun for the whole family. There is also a wood burning fireplace located in the living room to help keep you and your travel companions warm.
This house features a full kitchen with basic cooking items and a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, sink, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc. It has remote controlled heat and A/C units mounted to the walls to help you stay comfortable no matter the season. There are four bedrooms, one has a full bed, another has a queen, and the two bedrooms upstairs each have two twin beds, so this house can sleep 8 people comfortably. There are also three sofas and two interior dining tables so everyone has a place to sit. There are two full bathrooms. The first is on the first level and includes a toilet, sink, mirror, and shower stall. The second is on the second level and includes a toilet, sink, hairdryer, vanity & mirror, and a bathtub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer provided and a wash basin for quick spot cleans. These are located on the first level and are free to use (detergent is not provided for this).
This house is perfect for people who love the outdoors with modern amenities such as, a keypad lock on the front door to enter and a Blink doorbell on the door to contact the owners so you don’t need to worry about a key or getting locked out. There are also a number of safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms/detectors, fireplace screen, fire extinguisher, hallway lights, exterior security lights, street lights, and a security camera system.
