Once you arrive there is no need to drive your car. For convenience the beach cottage has a complimentary Golf Cart (6 seats). The bicycles and golf cart are complimentary for your stay. You can take the golf cart to the beach, golf course or ride throughout Sandestin Resort. On Grand Blvd you will find the Publix grocery store, wonderful shopping and many delicious restaurants. All accessible by car, golf cart or bicycles. The Laurel Grove neighborhood is surrounded by Sandestin's award-winning Ravens Golf Course. The neighborhood features an expansive swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, dressing rooms, restrooms, club house with kitchen facilities and BBQ grills. The beach cottage is located a short walk to these amenities. When entering through the front door you will feel right at home in this cozy beach cottage retreat. The open concept kitchen, dining and living have polished light wood floors. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and everything you need to serve delicious meals. The dining area has a nice over-sized dining table. The living room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. Chairs swivel and rock so you can watch the 55" television in your favorite gathering spot. Cable TV, Internet WiFi provided. The living room French doors open onto the back porch. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a lush mattress and linens for a great nights sleep. In the master bathroom enjoy the large shower and two vanities for your convenience. Walk down the deck to the sugar white sands and beautiful emerald ocean. The cottage provides beach umbrellas and beach chairs for your convenience. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is action packed for summer fun and is located on the large Sandestin bay side property. Baytowne has a fantastic kids area for all ages. There is wonderful shopping and many delicious restaurants. You will find bicycle rentals, YOLO paddle board rental, boat and jet ski rental at the Bayside Marina.
