It is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome fully furnished, with a living/dining room combo and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Compass Bay is a gated community that offers a pubic pool, fitness center, and lakes around the community. It is conveniently located near all popular attractions: Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios - all just 15 minutes away!
Other things to note
1. No one who is not listed as a guest on the reservation is allowed on property without permission. Please ensure this is complete BEFORE you check in- we know not everyone has a profile, but we still need you to add their names. Screen shot or names in message will work.
2. You will be supplied with a roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Any additional needs will need to be purchased by the guest.
3. Please leave your used towels in each bedroom.
4. Each room / upstairs is fully carpeted. Please help me keep it clean and leave your shoes on stands.
5. All facilities are provided for staying guests, please do not take anything away.
6. This is a warm and humid state, it is easy to attract ants, bugs, and roaches. Please empty trash when you leave and do not leave food in your room.
7. As per HOA request, please do not let garbage out of the building. Tie it up and leave it next to the kitchen.
