2 story beautiful , modern and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3,5 bathroom located close to the beach in a very safe, gated community.
Only a few minutes away from the golf course, spa and the famous 5th Avenue.
My house is fully equipped with pots, pans and silverware, even everything to make a turkey and bake cookies. It also comes with linen, towels, 2 hairdryers, Dish and Smart TV. A large terrace allows you to spend dinner time outside.
Weekly cleaning is included. AC is charged based upon consumption.
Golf Course, Bike Path, Community Pool, Palapa , Pool, chairs, 24h security,
I am available for any questions or tips at any time. I am traveling a lot myself. Laure, my property manager will meet and greet you , do a walk through and is also available throughout your stay. She speaks French, Spanish and English.
Golf Course & Bike Path to the beach are right in front of my home. Community Pool, Palapa , Pool chairs, 24h security, Playground on site.
The beach access is a short bike ride - close to the Reef club. The Reef club also offers limited availability for their Beach Club. It fills up quickly so be there early (8:45am)
If for whatever reason you need to adjust your dates - whether that’s a day or 2 or several months - I am very easy to work with and will always try to accommodate

Summary: We loved our stay in this condo...it had all the space and amenities we needed, plus more. Location is great, I felt secure in the neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and convenience stores, bikes for longer distances, and a parking spot were all plusses. We were able to ride to restaurants and the beach. And it was wonderful that communication with the host was so great! She was very responsive and helpful!
