Es erwartet Sie auf 72qm ein modernes Ambiente, voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Bäder und direkter Zugang zum Schwimmteich. Das Poolhaus ist offen gestaltet und lichtdurchflutet. Im Erdgeschoss können Sie alle Türen zum Schwimmteich hin öffnen, so dass Sie direkt am Wasser sitzen und nach Belieben vom Wohnzimmer aus in das klare Wasser springen können. Unser Poolhaus liegt unmittelbar am Rand der Chiemgauer Alpen. Wander- und Radwege beginnen praktisch hinter dem Haus, der Chiemsee ist bequem zu erreichen. Ideal auch als Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren durch die Chiemgauer Alpen. Ein Carport ist vorhanden mit einem Anschluß für Elektrofahrzeuge (2 Ebikes können ausgeliehen werden).Zu Fuss erreichen Sie die in der Nähe gelegenen kulinarischen und kulturellen Angebote leicht. Vom Hauptbadezimmer aus gelangen Sie zur Aussendusche und natürlich ebenfalls zum Schwimmteich.
