Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einer herrlichen Südlage mit unvergesslichem Panoramablick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen: Vom Rauschberg, Hochfelln und Hochgern bis zur Kampenwand. Vom Haus weg führen Wanderungen oder Radtouren in ein idyllisches Urlaubsparadies. Der Tüttensee, ein kleiner beschaulicher Badesee, ist nur 600 m von unserem Haus entfernt. Das "Bayerische Meer", der Chiemsee, liegt nur 6 km entfernt. Ankommen, wohlfühlen, aufatmen und unvergessliche Erinnerungen mit nach Hause nehmen. Freuen Sie sich an kleinen und großen Dingen, beim Radeln, Wandern, Schwimmen, Entspannen ... Wohnen Sie in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre mit viel Komfort und Gemütlichkeit. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus Vollholzmöbeln und ist gemütlich und kuschelig. (Doppelbett, getrennte Matratzen mit verstellbarem Lattenrost, Fußende der Betten offen, 1,60 m x 2,00 m). Panoramablick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen mit überdachtem Südbalkon (2,60 m x 1,60 m) und Holz-Gartenmöbeln.
Der großzügige Wohnschlafraum verfügt über einen Essbereich für 1 bis 4 Personen. Das (Schlaf-) Sofa mit hochwertiger Kaltschaumpolsterung kann auf Wunsch aufgebettet weren (1,60 x 2,00 m).
Der Westbalkon (3,80 m x 1,10 m) ist ebenfalls mit Holzgartenmöbeln bestuhlt.
Unsere Ferienwohnung ist mit einem Sat-LCD-TV 32'' und Radio ausgestattet. W-LAN steht zusätzlich kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen u.a. Grillfunktion, Toaster, Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher).
Das kleine Bad (DU/WC, Fön) ist hell und freundlich und verfügt über ein eigenes Dachfenster. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.
