We are new to VRBO in 2023; however, we have many excellent (5/5) recommendations on the other platform following the 2022 visits.

The space
Nestled above the Blue River Valley, enjoy expansive mountain views and easy access to skiing, wilderness, and the charming towns of Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge.
Enjoy all the conveniences of home, including living and dining areas, plus a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with mountain views. The condo sleeps up to four, with one master bedroom and a queen-size guest bed pull-out sofa.
The living room comes equipped with a smart television (Roku, Netflix, Hulu etc. available with a subscription) and cable. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi access in the unit (now upgraded by the owner in May 2022 ) and parking. There are plug adapters and USB charges also to make life that bit easier.
Enjoy easy, out-the-door access to Summit County's free public transit and Salt Lick trail systems.

Self-check-in with the smart lock to the condo. We have complimentary parking on-site for up to two cars. The fitness center, pool, and hot tubs are located two minutes away at a common recreational space available only to guests.
Other things to note
Our cleaning service has implemented enhanced cleaning protocols These include using appropriate protective gear in the unit, wellness checks for employees, and commercially recommended disinfecting products to disinfect all touchable surfaces proactively.

Because of the southerly aspect, the day is bright and sunny all day - have a wine/beer on the porch after a nice hike or snow day!

There is free parking for up to two automobiles on site.
The fitness facility, pool, and hot tubs are two minutes away in a shared recreational zone reserved exclusively for visitors.
The entire condo is yours, and there are communal spaces, including a large clubhouse with multiple hot tubs, a pool, an arcade, a sauna, a gym, and plenty of places to relax.
Towels for the pool and hot tub are provided by us (different from the bathroom ones). There's no need to carry anything with you!
Other things to keep in mind
Stunning views from the patio – catch the sunset, sunrise, or both, if you're lucky. Bring your camera. The views are magnificent!
Professionally cleaned unit - we hire a fantastic, locally owned, and operated cleaning company for every visit.
Onsite WIFI is now provided by the host (rather than the resort) - login details on arrival.
Keep a lookout for animals, especially the CURIOUS foxes who frequent the area. Sometimes you may even see the Ryan Gulch Moose family!
If you're lucky, you might even spot an owl, fox, or eagle! 🦉🦅🦊
