Welcome to Rural Hill Farm Lodging & Event Center! We offer quaint, comfortable lodging in a beautiful and serene environment! We have 5 beautiful cabins on the property. Cabins 1-3 each sleep up to 4 guests, the Chalet sleeps up to 4 and the Main house sleeps 8-12 for a total of up to 28 guests! Not pictured is a bunkhouse (rented separately from cabins) in one of our large event pavilions that sleeps up to 6 for a total of 34 guests. In addition, we also have 17 full-hookup RV Sites (NEW Feb. 2023) located behind the cabins. Our large, secluded property is perfect for hosting weddings, family reunions, corporate events, church retreats or just a quiet getaway to catch your breath. Located in Mt. Juliet, TN yet close and convenient to Nashville and surrounding areas. The property consists of over 180 acres of beautiful scenery and landscape including a 2+ acre pond, fire-pits, park type grills, and picnic tables available for use.
All lodging is equipped with many amenities: flat screen TV with DirecTV channels, refrigerator, microwave, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, coffee pot, iron/board, hairdryer, linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans. Wi-Fi is also available. Each unit has a deck with patio set overseeing the pond area, perfect for relaxing and nature watching.
The 3 cozy cabins have a queen murphy bed downstairs and 2 twin beds in the loft (accessible by ladder stairs). One full bathroom with tub/shower combo stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Small deck on the back with a patio bistro set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape.
The Chalet is a stunning redwood a-frame cabin with a picturesque front porch. It has a queen bed in the loft (accessible by spiral staircase) and a queen murphy bed in the living room area. One full bathroom with stand up shower and stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Large deck on the back with a patio table set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape.
The Bunkhouse consists of three plush futons. Recliners and Large Flat Screen TVs. One full bathroom with stand up shower stocked with linens. Kitchenette with small appliances and dishes. Small deck on the back with a patio bistro set overlooking the pond and beautiful landscape.
The Main House is a gorgeous cabin that has multiple sleeping areas, complete full size kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, electric fireplace in large living room with high ceilings and large wrap around deck. The sleeping areas consist of a private bedroom downstairs with full bed, queen murphy bed downstairs in living room area, private master suite with king bed and twin upstairs. Two air mattresses are also available for use. One full bathroom with shower stall downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs in master suite with granite glassed in shower and a clawfoot tub. Both bathrooms are stocked with linens. The large picture windows and sliding glass doors in the living room area provide an abundance of natural light and open to the view of the pond and beautiful landscape.
Rent one or all of our properties! Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is by 11:00 am. You will receive an email or VRBO message with your confirmation, directions, lodging assignment and personal key code to the lock box outside your door. Use this code to retrieve your door key. At check out, place the key back in the lock box. There is a $50 lost key fee.
All properties are available for weekly/monthly rental. Contact the property manager for rates, availability or to inquire about hosting an event at the farm.
Event Disclaimer: We welcome weddings/events here at Rural Hill Farm (event pavilions are rented separately from the cabins - inquire within about hosting an event during your stay)! Please be advised that the cabins are located about 150 yards from our Event Center. All music/noise must be turned down by 10 PM according to a county noise ordinance and all events must end by 11 PM. We notify both cabin guests and event guests if there is an overlap during the stay dates.
Construction Disclaimer: We are a working farm, which means from time to time we have farm/construction projects going on so you may hear heavy machinery being operated and/or see our team working. While infrequent, these improvements are necessary to offer the best experience to our guests!
