Be near the attractions but also away from the world with this Central Florida wilderness retreat.
Located 3 minutes from the King Center for Performing Arts, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and less than an hour from the Universal, Sea World and the Disney Theme parks, this 2000 Sq Ft home will let you appreciate the more relaxed pace of nature.
This one acre lot is attached to wooded acreage so there are always visits from local wildlife in the back yard.
COVID STANDARDS: We have changed our process for linens in the home to adjust to COVID. All pillows and mattresses have protective covers which are wiped down between guests. Additionally, linens will be provided, in a closet for the renter to put on the beds so as to limit the touching of the linens by others.

Master Bedroom with queen size bed.
Master Bathroom with garden tub
Second Bedroom with Florida theme and a queen size bed.
Kid's bedroom with a trundle bed set (1 or 2 beds) (stocked with toys and books for the kids)
Caribbean / Florida themed Living and Dining Room with a 50" HD TV
Spacious kitchen the whole family can cook together in without stepping on each other.
Sunroom with a seating area to watch the wildlife as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee
Chain link fence closes the property off from the road.
The living room has a HDTV with with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a ROKU TV.
The permanent beds in the home will hold 5-6 people. If you want to have more people stay in the home, you could set up an inflatable bed.
The sunroom is set up with a seating area to watch the birds and other wildlife that like to visit.

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying for a few weeks. It was a short drive to take the family to the beach of the Kennedy Space Center and not too far to go to the theme parks. We found it the perfect jumping off point for our adventures, since we had all the comforts of home while still being close to all the things we wanted to do.Since I run my own business, I especially liked that there was Wi-Fi throughout the home, so I was able to stay connected to my business while on holiday. The kids loved the Wii and big screen TV, as well as having cable. It made the moments at home really enjoyable.Also, if you stay here, make a cup of coffee and take advantage of the view from the sunroom. We really enjoyed the variety of wildlife we could see. There seems to be a resident cardinal and blue jay that are always competing for the main bird feeder as well as a woodpecker that comes by regularly. A family of armadillos even came by to feed in the grasses just outside the window.
