Location and outside area
Situated near the historic village of Frigiliana (800m), this is a beautiful 2-bedroom cottage is set on a quiet location and surrounded by countryside covered with olive and avocado orchards. Frigiliana town offer many amenities and is just a short walk from here!Set in its own grounds, you will enjoy pleasant summer evenings eating al fresco next at the large and shaded veranda with patio furniture and a built-in barbecue nearby. The well sized private pool (4 x 7m long and 1.2 x 2.0 m deep) comes complete with sun terrace and a piece of lawn area - sun loungers are provided for sun bathing and relaxing. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the impressive Moorish heritage of the Andalucian cities of Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba, amongst others. The town of Nerja and its beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Inside and lay-out
Inside, the house is well cared for and decorated with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings in the living room, in accordance with the surrounding Andalucian countryside ambience. All rooms are set on the same floor. The entrance leads onto an open plan living room with a 2 sofas, wood-burning stove and satellite-TV. The kitchen is small but well equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bedrooms are spacious and consist of one double and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom with bath/shower-over, WC, wash basin and bidet.
