Mid floor 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, lounge/diner and fitted kitchen with separate utility room. Free wifi, 28" TV, Blue Ray DVD and Blue tooth speaker with NFC. Plenty of books, DVD's and packs of cards. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave and Delonghi Nespresso coffee machine. You have uninterrupted views of the golf course from the South West facing terraces, equipped with table and chairs for out door dining or relaxing and a separate terrace off the master bedroom with two sun loungers. A great place to enjoy a chilled glass of wine while watching the sunset. End of block with a walkway between to the well kept gardens. It's a quiet location yet close to wonderful beaches, nightlife and the beautiful village of Benahavis with its array of Spanish Restaurants. Within walking distance of the club house which has tennis courts, gym, sauna, squash courts. A restaurant can be found here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a sports bar and ten pin bowling. Ideal for families and golfers who are looking for a challenging golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is the choice of 4 pools with the nearest being a minutes walk away. Underground parking and completely gated so very secure.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. From the moment we booked we received a lovely email from Marc & Anne welcoming us and telling us that if we had any questions to not hesitate in contacting them..which was very reassuring. The apartment was tastfully decorated and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the golf course with lovely lighting which added to the ambience. The apartment is conveniently located near one of the pools The owners provided an information folder recommending nice restaurants in the area and things to do. Some wonderful restaurants.. Thank you for the recommendations. Benahavis is an area we haven't visited before but we will definitely be back and would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment again. Thank you S x
