The home itself has 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 4 Twin beds sleeping arrangements and room to stretch out. Huge backyard with plenty of space for kids to play, or even bring your fur babies as well. The home is all yours to enjoy.

Mature neighborhood tucked away but still close to shopping and restaurants Bartram/Mandarin area/Julington area. Homes in the area were built in the 70s and 80s.
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rollie polis, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Traffic patterns vary greatly.

Please adjust the air conditioning temperature 3 degrees at a time. Dropping the temperature rapidly may freeze the unit.
