Summary: The property has an AMAZING location, one lot from the beach, and walking distance into the heart of Boca Grande. Its a nice layout, spacious and the rooms felt private given that three unrelated business associates were staying there. The family room with TV was large and had newer furniture that was clean and fit the BG vibe. The rest of the house could use updating as the furniture and rugs are a bit tired. The A/C can not be set to below 72 degrees and while there this past week, the heat and humidity was unbearable so that house felt stuffy to me. I would suggest the management company provide tissues, and better TP. We did find bathmats after inquiring with the mgmt company as only one of the bathrooms (we used 3 total) had bathmats stocked in them.
