Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The hosts were very friendly and showed us their gardens and greenhouse upon arrival. I enjoy gardening at home and loved seeing what they were growing. The cottage was very cute and quaint...old yet the renovation was well done.
Negative: My spouse and I like to sleep in very cold spaces. The A/C ran and was cold when running, but during the night it would cut off and made the air circulation stagnant. There is a ceiling fan over the bed, which helped a little bit (although it was wobbly). Unfortunately we got warm; and A/C controls were not available in our 'suite'. I understand this, but undesirable for those that need it COLD at night. The other negative for us, is we like a firm mattress and the bed was softer with a mattress topper. For those that like fluffy soft bedding, this is perfect for you.
