A 3rd bedroom on the mezzanine (3 beds 90) ideal for children or teenagers, with suspended play area overlooking the living room! Beautiful amenities: heated floor, suspended toilets, Italian showers, towel dryers, and lots of space in this gîte. The owners, a couple of farmers, will offer you to visit their farm, you will love it! Possibility of extra bed for 2 people. You will love the comfort of this gîte opened in June 2020, renovation of an old farm in the countryside of the Monts du Lyonnais. All the advantages of the countryside (calm, superb view, independent house in the middle of the fields, lots of space) and 1 km from the village of Panissières with all its shops. Private land in front of the cottage of 200 m², courtyard, sheltered terrace to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility, 2nd terrace accessible from the living room ... For your comfort, the beds are made on your arrival, and you even have fiber for your internet connection! Ideal location 55 km from St-Etienne and Lyon. Access to the cottage by a 300 meter passable road.
