King bed with 55" TV in master bedroom, very comfortable queen size bed and TV in second bedroom, queen futon and also queen pull out couch, on/ site washer and dryer, Xfinity cable TV, fast internet. Close to quaint downtown Main Street, plays, opera, museums, aquarium, libraries, many of the finest golf courses in the state of Florida, bike trails,(paved or unpaved) three malls (including brand new UTC mall) within 7 miles.
Please no young children or non-swimmers (because of the deep pool). Homeowners are concerned about the well being of all of our guests.
